The recruitment process can be tailored to the Employer’s requirements, for example:

Search & Select

Search and select services are performed for hard-to-fill type of vacancies of all levels.
This recruitment method usually involves direct search, a bespoke advertising campaign and a combination of specially selected candidate assessment tools.

Temporary recruitment

Temporary recruitment is an ideal solution for companies with short-term staff shortages. It allows companies to quickly fill administrative positions such as Receptionists, Secretaries, Customer Service staff, and Administrative assistants etc. which do not require extensive training or specialist knowledge. provides facilities and performs recruitment, payroll and all related administrative support.

Try & Hire

Try and hire is a unique opportunity to carefully test the employee’s qualifications in the work environment without the risk of extra costs. Try and Hire works similarly to temporary recruitment, the decision about employment is not only based on the interview, but the Candidate’s performance at work. It may be considered as an extended probationary period. We supply candidates on a contract basis until such time as you wish to take them on full time – with a reduced permanent recruitment fee. This requires a slightly higher investment but as it reduces the unavoidable risks associated with any new starter it can be more cost effective in the longer term.

Contract Labour

Should the employer wish we can provide staff on a regular contract labour basis based on groups of 5 or more employees. We will require salaries to be paid to us in advance or agree to a guaranteed deposit to be made. The is of course the simplest method for clients wishing to secure short term or seasonal labour as  will take care of all arrangements
